The Covid Conspiracy

The Covid Conspiracy

Systemic racism and injustice have long been ingrained in the American way of life, which has led to disparities in healthcare access, poverty levels, employment opportunities, and other resources for minority communities. This allows for differences in health outcomes and a disproportionate number of deaths from Covid-19 among people of color. It is therefore essential that we address this inequality through concrete measures such as financial support for marginalized groups, combatting structural racism, and increasing access to quality healthcare. According to a recently published study, it is estimated that if current trends continue, the US could see a total of more than 500,000 deaths from Covid-19 by 2023. They are talking about an endemic of covid in May 2023 in the United States, this is only going to end in more deaths for people of color. Is this a war against the races in the United States, of the haves and have-nots, the rich and the poor? The disease does not discriminate, but the less fortunate will be impacted the most.

Emotional Truth in Storytelling

Emotional Truth in Storytelling

Unlike factual truth, which deals with verifiable data, emotional truth is about the authenticity of feeling. Cultural Hegemony_ Maintaining Power Through Narrative

Cultural Hegemony_ Maintaining Power Through Narrative

Dominance, Erasure, and the Status Quo1. Dominance as Narrative ControlDominant groups maintain power by shaping what’s considered normal, legitimate, or true. As Quizlet’s anthropology flashcards put it:“Cultural hegemony is the means by which a dominant group orders beliefs and values so they seem natural and beneficial — leaving the dominant group in control.” sourceThis isn’t just ideology — it’s emotional architecture. It defines who gets empathy, who gets erased, and who gets framed as a threat.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/conspiracy-theories-exploring-the-unseen--5194379/support.

Disinformation and Narrative Architecture

Disinformation and Narrative Architecture

Neil Sadler’s 2025 paper in Communication Theory reframes disinformation through a “hermeneutic realist” lens:“Stories disclose realities rather than simply reflect them.” This means even accurate content can be ethically or referentially problematic if it’s woven into a misleading narrative arc. Disinformation isn’t just what’s said — it’s how it’s framed, sequenced, and felt source.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/conspiracy-theories-exploring-the-unseen--5194379/support.
