Health experts say we have to hold on a couple more months for a vaccine…but with the holidays coming up that’s not going to be easy. Thanks to the spike in Covid-19 cases, stricter guidelines go into effect in New York tonight. Most bars and restaurants with liquor licenses must close by 10PM.
