"The Art of the Steal" that’s how the attorney general of New York described Donald Trump's business dealings as she announced today she is suing the former president and his three oldest children accusing them of engaging in numerous acts of fraud. This comes as political observers say Trump is now publicly embracing the conspiracy group QAnon. And it’s not the announcement you want to hear on a plane “a baby has stopped breathing.” But thankfully a nurse was on board and she saved the baby…much to the cheers of her fellow passengers. Les Trent spoke with the nurse and the baby's very relieved mom about that lifesaving flight. Plus, it was a big night as Yankee’s slugger Aaron Judge hit number 60 for the season…tying Babe Ruth's record and putting him one away tying the record books. Meantime, the guy who caught it has put himself in the "class" hall of fame...for giving the ball back! And as Russia's invasion of Ukraine now enters its seventh month. What appears to be an incendiary weapon that was banned years ago by the United Nations was used against a Ukrainian village. Inside Edition reports… Every five days a child in this country dies from choking and one little baby might have become one of them if it weren't for a police officer who was in the right place at the right time. One million crashes every year… that's how many accidents the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says are caused by deer colliding with cars. One woman knows what that's like first hand. Weddings are always emotional but Les Trent has the story of a wedding that was a real tear jerker because of the way friends honored the memory of the couple's son who tragically died. They're the everyday things we might be doing wrong. Diane McInerney tells us how to start the year doing things right. Plus, a hang gliding ride goes horribly wrong leaving one guy hanging on for dear life. Inside Edition reports...A suspect has been apprehended by police in connection with the stabbing death of a Barnard College freshman and news of the arrest is just as shocking as the murder of Tessa Majors. Diane McInerney says the suspect is only 13. For just the third time in history, the House Judiciary Committee has voted articles of impeachment. It's life in prison for a man convicted of killing two doctors inside their penthouse apartment...but the killer was not before the judge when the sentence came down. Thanks to some previous outbursts, he'd been deemed too dangerous to have in the courtroom. And an interesting therapy animal.
