It's Donald Trump’s 77th birthday, and it comes just the day after he became the first president in history to face federal charges. Now we're learning there was a major drama right after he plead not guilty to mishandling classified documents. During a stop at a Miami sandwich stop a reporter yelled out a question Trump's supporters didn't like, so she ended up being dragged out of the restaurant. Steven Fabian has details. And the laws are supposed to apply to everyone, and when a sheriff's deputy spotted a local cop doing 80 miles an hour in a 45 mile an hour zone, he did what he'd do to any such driver - he pulled him over. That's when the fireworks started. Plus, here's a word you may have never heard before: touron. It's a tourist who acts like a moron. There are plenty of examples of them out there, but this guy has been such a fool, that Les Trent says there's now a manhunt to find him. And back in the 80's, more than half of all retail sales were in malls. Today malls around the country are closing, and the owners of the biggest mall in San Francisco now say they’re done. In part because of changing consumer habits, but also because rising crime has left shop keepers and shoppers no longer feeling safe. Two juveniles remain arrested in connection with the shooting at last week's Kansas City Chiefs victory parade. However, in the chaos of the day, many more were briefly detained. Including this man...who cops now say had nothing to do with the shooting. Now, after images of him in cuffs circulated online, he tells our Les Trent he's trying to repair his reputation. And Joel Osteen back in the pulpit at Lakewood Baptist Church this weekend…the first Sunday service since a woman opened fire there a week ago. Top of mind was the seven-year-old shooter’s son, who was gravely wounded in the shooting. Plus, Coast Guard inspectors were going about their daily checks on a loading dock when they heard some scratching coming from inside a giant shipping container...and when they finally reached what was inside they were in for quite a surprise. Steven Fabian tells us what they found. And more than 50 years after A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving debuted - a beloved character is back.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. A major blow for Donald Trump today as a New York judge ordered him to pay more than $350 million in the former president’s civil business fraud trial. The judge has also banned Trump from doing business in the state of New York for three years. It’s being reported the ruling could cost Trump all of his available cash. And, two juvenile suspects have been officially charged in the deadly shooting at the Superbowl victory parade in Kansas City that left one woman dead and nearly two dozen injured. The news comes as Taylor Swift makes a $100,000 donation to a fund set up to benefit the dead woman's family. Plus, that abandoned high rise we've told you about in Los Angeles is back in the news. Not only has the skyscraper been covered with graffiti, but it’s also been used as a place for base jumping. City officials say it's just an accident waiting to happen. So now, finally, they say they are taking action. And, there is outrage around the world over news of the death of Alexei Navalny -- one of Vladimir Putin's most vocal opponents who cheated death more than once before he was imprisoned in Siberia. Russian officials say he died behind bars after a 'fall.'   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. There are still shockwaves being felt across the country after yesterday's shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs victory parade. One person was killed, more than 20 were taken to the hospital - several critically injured. Three people were detained and cops are saying the shooting seems to have been connected to some personal dispute. Les Trent is in Kansas City. And former President Trump was in court today…where a trial date was set in the New York case involving hush money payments made to Stormy Daniels. We've got details on when it will get underway and how the defendant, Donald Trump, plans on being in court and on the campaign trail at the same time. Plus, there have been questions about the mental acuity of both Donald Trump and Joe Biden because of their age. Some suggest both men should be tested on their cognitive abilities. Inside Edition is with a man, very close to them in age, who just took the test. And don’t joke about elderly folks and technology. Not only have these seniors figured out social media, wait until you hear how many followers they have.  To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. It was supposed to be a fun filled day - a million people filling the streets of Kansas City to give the Chiefs a hometown heroes welcome after winning the Super Bowl. However, chaos erupted as shots broke out and people ran for their lives. And it turns out Taylor Swift was far from today's drama - thousands of miles away in Melbourne, Australia for the next leg of her tour. All this comes on the heels of Travis Kelce’s apology to his coach over that tantrum on the field on Sunday - an apology that came at the urging of his big brother. Plus, it was a television staple for quarter of a century: The Newlywed Game, where couples answered wacky and cringe worthy questions. On this Valentines Day, Jim Moret catches up with some of those couples who are still together decades later. And it was only a matter of time but asking to be a Valentine has become a big event. There's been lots of talk whether Taylor Swift will be on hand for tomorrow's victory parade in Kansas City - but a top city official now says she should stay away because they can't guarantee security. The news comes as Taylor and her entourage are spotted boarding a plane out of Las Vegas after celebrating her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s big Super Bowl win. And there's a Taylor Swift lyric for about everything and plenty of people are seizing on this one: “You Need to Calm Down” - when it comes to that now famous shove Travis Kelce gave coach Andy Reid during the game. Plus, a driverless Waymo was going thru San Francisco’s Chinatown - on the Chinese New Year…next thing you know, it was on fire. Jim Moret says it’s the latest example humans fighting back against machines. And if you live where the snow's been falling you already know this - this latest white stuff is the wet heavy kind. It's really hard to shovel…the kind of snow that often sends people to the emergency room. Les Trent has some tips on the right way to shovel.    To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. It was a Super Bowl for the record books! After trailing most of the game, the Kansas City Chiefs scored in overtime....taking home their second consecutive Lombardi Trophy. And of course all eyes were on Taylor Swift as she cheered on her boyfriend Travis Kelce. Jim Moret on a Super Bowl win sealed with a kiss. And if you showed up for work today...good for you! For years, people have been trying to get the day after the Super Bowl declared a national holiday. So far, they haven't been successful -- so an estimated 16 million people today will be 'sick.' Ann Mercogliano has more on that. Plus, it cost advertisers $7 million to run each 30 second commercial you saw last night. Plus, the cost of producing it and paying the big stars who were featured. Did they get their money's worth? Les Trent has the best and worst ads of the night. And one Super Bowl ad generating controversy promoted Robert Kennedy Jr.'s run for president. It was a carbon copy, except for one big change, of a spot from his uncle, JFK’s 1960 bid for the White House. It infuriated several from his family…now Kennedy is apologizing.
