It was a mystery that made headlines coast to coast nearly a decade ago. How did a dead bear cub end up in New York's Central Park? Well, the mystery is solved and the culprit is non-other than presidential hopeful Robert Kennedy Jr. He admits he and some friends dumped the bear and then staged the scene to make it look like it was hit by a bicycle. And in what may very well be her final Olympics routine ever, Simone Biles took home a silver medal today in the women’s floor exercise final. Perhaps it was distractions from the crowd that stopped her from winning another gold, at one point she was seen complaining to the crowd they were shushing so loud it was throwing her off. Plus, she's the teacher who was found dead on her kitchen floor with 20 stab wounds. It’s been ruled a suicide, but her parents don't buy it. For more than a decade they've been on a mission to get the case reopened...and today they are smiling. Ann Mercogliano tells us why. And when you go into politics you have to be ready for every piece of dirty laundry from your past to resurface...and that's the case for Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff. He's admitting there were tough times in his first marriage - after a report claimed he cheated on his first wife with his daughter's teacher. Inside Edition reports…Would the spread of Covid-19 be slowed if bars were no longer in operation? A growing number of health officials believe the answer is yes, and many localities are thinking about closing bars. In fact, the bars in Miami’s South Beach are now being called the epicenter of the epicenter. There’s a new war of words coming from the White House. This time it’s between the president’s press secretary and the mayor of Chicago. There’s heartbreaking testimony as the voice of a little boy who was killed by his mother is heard in open court. And a police officer is being hailed a hero today after saving a newborn baby who stopped breathing in a train station and the dramatic scene was all captured on his bodycam.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Inside Edition reports…In Florida, where there’s a surge of cases and no mask mandate, public schools have been ordered to reopen for in-person classes and some teachers are engaging in a very different back to school prep – they’re making their wills. YouTube star Jake Paul’s being accused of putting scores of people at risk after he had a massive party without any apparent regard for the pandemic. First it was Ivanka Trump and now it’s the president raising eyebrows by posing with Goya products. Inside Edition reports…For businesses operating in areas that are going back into lockdown thanks to a spike in Covid-19 cases, there’s a choice: close your doors or figure out another way to operate. Hundreds of business owners are now opting to move their operations outside. The latest on Mary Trump’s first TV interview. Nick Cannon has been booted from his long-time gig hosting the VH1 show Wild N’ Out. The move came after Cannon made comments many believe are anti-Semitic during his podcast. One day after the jaw-dropping news that Tom Bergeron was out as host of Dancing with the Stars, he’s already been replaced.
