It took five years, but cops in Delphi, Indiana say they've finally cracked the case of the two young teens found dead near a railroad bridge. Officials have arrested 50-year-old Richard Allen and charged him with murder. And officials in South Korea are combing through security camera footage and social media videos to determine what sparked a stampede that left more than 150 young people dead – including two American college students.
