I don't think we know our guests as well as we think we do. I don't think we know them as well as we should. But we can fix that... easily, actually. And on today's episode I'm going to show you three ways to do it. I challenge you to do at least one of these THIS WEEK!

Learn something new (and meaningful) about every single one of your tables tonight and add it to their guest notes in your reservation software. If you don't take reservations, simply use a moleskine notebook.
Call, text, or email at least 5 of your guests this week. Engage with authenticity, and those conversations will eventually lead to a reservation. (I promise!)
Scrub the following sentence from your vocabulary: "Thanks so much, have a good night." Then replace it with something like, "Thanks so much, when will we see you again?"
