A freelance journalist and editor with ten years' experience working for national magazines, both online and print - most recently writing for The Sunday Times Style, The Pool, Stylist, Glamour, Red, Women's Health, Oh Comely, EasyJet Traveller, Brides and Condé Nast Traveller. If that wasn't enough, in February 2018, Amy won the Best Health Journalist award at the Wellness Awards. It’s a pleasure to welcome her into the studio to hear all about her Power Hour!
