His career started working on the frontline with athletes and coaches as a psychological skills coach, helping athletes develop psychological strategies to deliver elite performance success. Dean’s recent experience has seen him work in corporate settings with senior executives and organisations including leadership team development, culture strategy and executive coaching to support organisational excellence.
