Today, I am honored to connect with Jason Wachob, the co-author of The Joy of Wellbeing! Jason is the Co-CEO of mindbodygreen, the leading independent media brand dedicated to wellbeing, and the host of the mindbodygreen Podcast, on which I recently had the honor of being a guest.
