During 28 months of follow-up, absolute risks for progression from CIN2 to CIN3 (or worse) were as follows:

• 23% among women vaccinated before age 15
• 32% among women vaccinated between ages 15 and 20
• 38% among women vaccinated after age 20
• 38% among unvaccinated women
