Today we're talking about INFJs and childhood trauma, how to cope with it and how to thrive through it. See, I've been looking into my childhood trauma for a long time because I know that I, as an INFJ, have a lot to deal with, there's a lot I had to uncover, but because I was able to do that, my life changed tremendously. It affects absolutely everything because it keeps your reality stuck at that moment. There are a lot of things that are hard for us to let go off and so through a lot of research and trial and error, I figured out the ways that work best for me and I've worked with my clients through them and so today I want to share them with you, so you can tackle painful childhood memories, and transform the narrative to feel empowered.
