INFJ Life Coach Lesson: INFJs are transformation warriors. We don't just transform for ourselves when we need to adapt our behavior or appearance in order to be more socially acceptable, but also from within--from who we really are on the inside and all that stands between us and happiness

We're not talking about acting like someone else either; everyone does this every day by transforming themselves into what they think others will approve of as their "true selves". But INFJs take it one step further: They use these two personas (the authentic self vs social mask) simultaneously so there isn't a discernible difference between them which can sometimes lead confusion over identity issues.
