INFJ Life Coach Lesson: There are many things that INFJs do to keep themselves grounded. One of the most important is realizing our own worth, which can be difficult for an introverted personality type like ours if we don't recognize it in ourselves first! "INFJ's always get back up." You've heard this one before right? It seems almost too good to be true - people think we're martyrs because often times our best traits seem like weaknesses compared with other types but I believe there has been some misunderstanding somewhere along the line; maybe even by myself at times when looking down on my less confident side. So let's talk about what we can learn from being able to get up one more time!
