Bhakti is also an adjunct lecturer who teaches her own impact investing courses in Columbia's climate and business schools, and a co-founder and steering committee member of Institutional Allocators for Diversity Equity and Inclusion (IADEI).

Lenore is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bright Ventures, a venture capital fund which invests thematically in human potential, backing Pre Seed and Seed-stage ventures that will redefine the largest, highest-impact markets: fintech, digital health, and the future of work. As an Investor, Executive Coach, and Strategist with over a decade of experience coaching and investing in venture-backed founders, Lenore’s expertise is in spotting and scaling leaders who can expertly fill gaps in these large, mature markets, and in adding value and partnering with these founders to ideate, hire, fundraise, and exit their businesses. The mission of Lenore’s broader company, Bright, is to create a more inclusive economy through capital, coaching and community.

Troy is the Director of Financial Markets at Milken Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank focused on accelerating measurable global progress across financial, physical, mental, and environmental health by bringing together the best ideas and resourcing to develop blueprints.Troy’s work spans across venture capital, social impact investing, and affordable housing. His work focuses on creating a more inclusive capitalism that works for everyone.
