I'm honored and grateful to have had this opportunity to talk with Samuel Velez Arismendy, learner and practitioner of traditional Colombian medicine / plant medicine, from his home outside of Medellin, Colombia. A good take away from this to remember is to live in such a way that does no harm to yourself, does no harm to others and does not allow others to do harm to us.
