Here in the U.S. this is a pretty significant day, our new President Trump is being inaugurated into office, and that can bring up a lot of stuff for all of us. So, one of our meditations here today is if you are feeling very hopeful and very excited about this day and the day’s ahead and the other meditation that’s here is if you’re feeling hopeless and sad.
