Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/27/25

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, if you want to learn about birthright citizenship, the wrong place to go is the Sunday shows. Listen to this show if you want to understand the 14th Amendment, its history, what it was based on, and the people who were involved. Margaret Brennan is on Face The Nation to advance her leftwing ideology. She claims a Reagan Judge in Seattle shot down the Trump executive order on birthright citizenship. That Judge was appointed by Reagan as part of a compromise. He’s a liberal activist and a Biden sycophant – not a Reaganite. Also, Acting Attorney General James McHenry has fired the prosecutors who worked for special counsel Jack Smith. This is a good first step, but only a first step. Smith must be held legally and ethically responsible for what he did to our country. Later, today is the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. So many millions lost their lives as they were horribly and systematically murdered. It’s being reported that 8 of the remaining 26 hostages being held by Hamas are dead. The left will blame Benjamin Netanyahu for the dead hostages because he wouldn’t give into Hamas' demands. Sick. Afterward, Republican RINOs in the Florida legislature, led by the hapless House speaker, watered down Governor Ron DeSantis's immigration enforcement bill intended to support President Trump's deportation policy. DeSantis calls in and explains that this watered-down bill should be called the swamp act – it doesn’t help Trump at all. The DeSantis immigration deportation reform agenda needs to be pushed and passed. Finally, President Trump should get the cabinet he wants. If this is the team he wants, he should get it after his enormous victory. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/15/25 - The Transformation of Conservatism After Charlie Kirk

9/15/25 - The Transformation of Conservatism After Charlie Kirk

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, WMAL’s Larry O’Connor fills in for Mark. Charlie Kirk’s assassination is a pivotal moment dividing American politics into pre- and post-Kirk eras, marking a transformation in the conservative movement. We need to channel our resolve into action: reclaim our status without apology, boost faith/family/life purpose, volunteer for campaigns, and mobilize votes in upcoming elections. Kirk's legacy demands conservatives fight unyieldingly for borders, taxes, manufacturing, and Western values—proving there's more of us than them. Also, the conservative movement responded with disciplined resolve: swiftly grasping the gravity of the event, mobilizing through social media, preparing for lawful pushback, and demanding accountability from Democrats and media figures who celebrated the killing or demonized conservatives as Nazis.  This has rendered legacy media obsolete, empowered grassroots voices, and hardened MAGA's stance against calls for de-escalation, fostering a permanent shift toward assertive, peaceful resistance. Later, Kirk’s assassination was political violence aimed at silencing free speech. Kirk was a fearless communicator who used radio to bypass gatekeepers and reach millions directly. Conservative talk radio—America's last truly free public square—will not be intimidated, will grow stronger amid threats, and will continue broadcasting truths about liberty, faith, and American exceptionalism. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/13/25

The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/13/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, President Trump rightly criticized Sen Tim Kaine for saying that our rights come from government, not God. The book "Ameritopia" explained that John Locke had profound influence on America's founders during the Revolutionary period. Locke's philosophy was, natural law, derived from God's will, governs all, including governments; no authority can violate inalienable rights; and governments exist by consent to preserve these rights, not create them. This connects to the Declaration of Independence’s principles. Kaine's view is stunning and representative of the Democrat position. Why is our stated ally, Qatar, continuing to protect the leadership of Hamas? Qatar cannot and must not provide safe harbor to Hamas's top terrorist monsters and expect that the nation and people they terrorize -- Israel and the Jews -- will sit still for it. Qatar funds terrorism, it helped unleash 9/11 by protecting the would-be ringleader, it funds terror-supporting front groups in the United States and poisons our colleges and universities with their money. Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk has passed away after being assassinated at an event at Utah Valley University. It’s a deeply sad and dark day. He was a young man with a wife and two baby girls. His only offense, apparently, was to engage and debate in a joyous way. He spent his life fighting for America and his legacy will never be silenced. The Charlie Kirk assassin is still at large, but the FBI is closing in. He will get caught and he needs to be put to death. This guy needs to pay the price, and the whole country needs to see it. Kirk was a genius who lived life fully, enjoyed debating opponents, and inspired young people in the liberty movement. Kirk is the quintessential American story of self-made success and will have an enduring legacy. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/12/25 - From Straight-A Student to Assassin: A Disturbing Transformation

9/12/25 - From Straight-A Student to Assassin: A Disturbing Transformation

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, Mark breaks down exactly what we know about the alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson. It’s reported that he be started to get into politics a few years ago. But that’s not it, he became radicalized from the left then became violent. We face a Marxist-Islamist movement driven by hate-filled individuals like Rep Ilhan Omar and Mehdi Hassan, infiltrating colleges, universities, public schools, and streets with alien ideologies promoting violent revolution. These clash with American history, the Enlightenment, and the Constitution, sparking debates over the nation's founding, legitimacy of rights (from government vs. God), and efforts to overthrow the West. Social media is the swamp where users, especially youth, radicalize in echo chambers without rational intervention, fostering distorted realities and hate. Afterward, Dr Marc Siegel calls in to discuss the assassin of Charlie Kirk and the dangers of the internet and social media, particularly how private online spaces can radicalize naive individuals through echo chambers of hate, misinformation, and lack of intervention. Finally, Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s wife, addresses the nation in a heartfelt message to the nation. If you want to help Charlie Kirk’s family you can make a donation to this site. 9/11/25 - The Left's Violence: A Deep Dive into Political Extremism

9/11/25 - The Left's Violence: A Deep Dive into Political Extremism

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, on the 24th anniversary of September 11th remember that Qatar and Saudi Arabia were behind it. Qatar protected Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM), the mastermind behind the attacks and Al Qaeda, and aided his escape from the FBI about two years prior. Qatar lies, cheats, funds terrorism, buys politicians, businesses, and sporting events, while providing safe haven to Hamas as it did for KSM. Later, the Charlie Kirk assassin is still at large, but the FBI is closing in. Also, negative power is maintained through manipulative communication techniques like deception, fearmongering, and intimidation, designed to arouse prejudices, suppress independent thought, and control populations without moral constraints. In politics, this undermines democracy by withholding information for informed decisions, inciting destructive actions that serve demagogues while corrupting legitimate governance. This is today’s Democrats. Finally, Miranda Devine calls in and explains that the assassination of Charlie Kirk exemplifies an epidemic of leftist violence targeting Trump supporters and MAGA figures. 9/9/25 - America's Unseen Enemy: Qatar's Role in Terrorism

9/9/25 - America's Unseen Enemy: Qatar's Role in Terrorism

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, why is our stated ally, Qatar, continuing to protect the leadership of Hamas? Qatar cannot and must not provide safe harbor to Hamas's top terrorist monsters and expect that the nation and people they terrorize -- Israel and the Jews -- will sit still for it.  Qatar funds terrorism, it helped unleash 9/11 by protecting the would-be ringleader, it funds terror-supporting front groups in the United States and poisons our colleges and universities with their money.  It owns Democrat and Republican politicians and lobbyists, spreads its money into legitimate businesses and sports groups. Hamas ordered the latest terrorist attack on Israeli citizens yesterday in Jerusalem.  A bus filled with passengers was stormed and people were mowed down with automatic weapons.  And they did this during the course of yet more negotiations for the release of the Israeli hostages after 701 days.  Does anyone think for a second that if Hamas murdered Americans on a bus in Washington, DC, and their terror bosses in Qatar were sitting in Qatar, protected by that regime that also funded Hamas, that we would put up with this?  No way. Also, It is a tragedy that Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zaruska was murdered by a deranged lunatic who had 14 prior arrests. If Democrats would keep their cities safe, support law enforcement and keep criminals in jail, this would have never happened.  Lastly, ICE agents are continuing to be attacked by the left by implementing fear mongering, claiming that they are disappearing people. Border Czar Tom Homan pushed back against misleading narratives about ICE enforcement that Mika Brzezinski claimed.  Afterward, Ken Griffin is wrong about the Fed and President Trump is right to criticize it. He appears to disagree with Trump's agenda in significant ways.  Of course, that is his right.  But as for his defense of the Fed, and its independence, and the president's denunciation of fed policy – he’s wrong.  Finally, Sen Tim Scott calls in to discuss his new book, One Nation Always Under God: Profiles in Christian Courage. He explains that America without faith is an America in decline. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

9/8/25 - Radical Shifts: How the Democrat Party Embraced Socialism

9/8/25 - Radical Shifts: How the Democrat Party Embraced Socialism

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump rightly criticized Sen Tim Kaine for saying that our rights come from government, not God. Also, the Democrat Party has radicalized far beyond its base, leaving behind traditional Democrats like veterans, police, firefighters, and generational members who now form a minority. A recent Gallup poll, show that only 42% of Democrats view capitalism positively, while 66% favor socialism. This reflects the entire party, not just the base, as evidenced by elections of socialists in cities like New York and support for figures like AOC and Bernie Sanders. This Democratic radicalization is partly due to new immigrants from anti-capitalist societies. Later, Dr Zuhdi Jasser calls in to discuss his run for Arizona’s 4th Congressional district. Jasser emphasized his commitment to service, love for America, and fighting against radical Islam, and far-left policies exploiting freedoms. Jasser would be a counter to progressive kooks like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar. Afterward, sanctuary states and cities are unconstitutional. America fought a civil war making that clear. States and cities cannot defy federal constitutional authority that is clearly granted to the national government -- the enforcement of federal immigration law. They cannot nullify federal law. The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/6/25

The Best Of Mark Levin - 9/6/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, Democrats, the media, and some Republicans are portraying President Donald Trump as a threat to democracy and the Constitution, but it's the opposite. Democratic Congress members, isolationist fake MAGA figures, Marxists, and Islamists are plotting to destroy American principles and the country, while being promoted by left-wing corporate media. President Trump is taking decisive action on Russia and has made it clear he’ll do even more if necessary—unlike the weak, inconsistent leadership we've seen from others. His foreign policy is firm and strategic, echoing the strength of President Reagan, and he’s done more to support Ukraine and NATO than President Biden ever dared. It’s shocking that Sen Tim Kaine's said that our rights come from government, which is a Marxist and buffoonish view. The Declaration of Independence's concept of unalienable rights from God is rooted in eternal truths and the Judeo-Christian tradition. Kaine rejects the American founding, which is based on divine sovereignty bestowed on individuals. Kaine’s view is emblematic of the Democratic Party, which rejects America, embraces Marxism and Islamism, and supports initiatives like the 1619 Project. Learn more about your ad choices.
