Shit You Should Care About23 Syys 2020

Mental Health During a Pandemic: Loneliness, Eating, Anxiety & Productivity vs Fulfilment.

*This episode first aired on April 14th 2020.*
Today's podcast is dedicated to something that's affecting us all right now - mental health. We (Luce and Liv) love talking about mental health, and thought it was about time that we had a discussion about it on the pod.
We have a candid discussion about how you responded to our mental health questions and how to handle things when life feels like it's turning to shit.
We hope you can find some solace in this episode and as always you can find us on instagram at @shityoushouldcareabout or come hang out in our Facebook group "Shit You Should Care About Squad" here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/2653704428049497
