River Braun is a Queer Embodiment Coach and Founder of the Million Hearts Meditation Movement!

River shares vulnerably on here what his experience was like growing up transgender and how isolating and alone he felt. He also shares how you can support transgender people as an ally and what it feels like to be a Transgender Female to Male, man in America today.
