I found very early on that here is where Oneness, and synergy of Body Mind and Spirit are achieved almost effortlessly. The reason is the closeness to all four elements: Earth, Water, Air and Fire (the sun). It was here where I started my Holistic and Spiritual Journey. I was born in Germany right after the Second World War. Although having been born into a very traditional family, my life was everything but traditional, which included my education. My hunger for knowledge and hands on experience brought me in contact with many systems and teachers in the fields of my interest and passion: The mystery of our individual lives on earth and the influence of food, feelings and thought on our physical body. As a mother of five wonderful children and eight grand children (the number is growing there), it was not always easy to balance family with my passion to study the Healing Arts. I had to make sacrifices that left me with most of my academic efforts on my own, except for short periods of weeks at a time to take hands on courses and write exams. I started my studies of Nutrition, Bodywork, Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Reiki in 1980 and finished most programs by 1990. I became a member of the ‘American Naturopathic Medical Association‘ in 1990 and joined the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine in early 2000. I still attend at least one international conference per year to learn about the latest research and protocols in Anti Aging, and preventive, non-invasive therapies
