Living with MS can make everyday run-of-the-mill tasks like bathing, cooking, and driving more challenging than they have to be. The National MS Society's Associate Vice President of Research, Dr. Kathy Zackowski, joins me with a whole list of simple adjustments and easy modifications that you can make that will make the things you do every day easier. Get ready to take some notes!

A lot of you have reached out to me, sharing your thoughts about Selma Blair competing on Dancing with the Stars. Collectively, your opinions illustrate the vast diversity of opinion regarding Selma's latest adventure. In this week's episode, I'm sharing some of my thoughts.

I've always said that MS doesn't affect individuals -- it affects families. This week, we're talking about a study that focused on anxiety, depression, and stress communication between people living with MS and their partners.

We'll also tell you about a study that makes the case for using artificial intelligence to accurately predict EDSS scores for people living with MS.

And we'll tell you about a drug that's been studied in clinical trials for cancer that may also show promise as a remyelination therapy.

We have a lot to talk about! Are you ready for RealTalk MS??!
