💊Residency Life of a Med-Peds Physician 🥼

We talked about the expectations people had for her life and career. However, she wanted to exceed those expectations which drove her to her current career field. In this episode she will explain the day in the life of a Internal Medicine/Pediatrician Physician Resident and her goals after Residency.

Dr. Ofodu is taking on the journey of becoming specialized in both adult and pediatric medicine as an Med-Peds Physician. These 2 different populations are worlds apart but her training allows her to transfer relatable skills to better assist both population groups.

We speak about the importance of having black healthcare professionals in the field to better understand and assist the undeserved communities by providing a safe and judgment free zone to educate and consult with their patients.
