“The Substance” Has Me Diving Deep into Aging

A little late to the party, but I finally watched “The Substance” and I absolutely loved it! After watching, my brain would not shut off and stop thinking about aging. Throughout my years I have had a mixed relationship with the topic sometimes embracing it, and other times getting “wobbly” from it. So, join me as I use one of this years Oscar nominees as a springboard into the good and bad of getting older.
