In this episode, Savannah starts off the New Year right (well, at least January) by bringing by the podcast's first in-studio guest! The lovely Michele comes by to meet Julie and chit-chat for a few minutes before Savannah and Julie have to say their goodbyes and get to the topic at hand. What happens when the significant one of a crossdressing partner tells them they are loved and supported, but the crossdressing one still seems to prefer to dress up in private? Is it because the girlfriend is doing something the wrong? Even after researching and reading one of the "Living with Crossdressing" books, the girlfriend still worries that her boyfriend will always want to dress in a feminine way without her support. Julie and Savannah dig into this meaty topic and unravel the indoctrinated effects of lifelong shame, the familiarity of years of dressing alone, the worry that the support will suddenly disappear, and more.-

SAVANNAH HAUK is the author of “Living with Crossdressing: Defining a New Normal” and “Living with Crossdressing: Discovering your True Identity“. While both focus on the male-to-female (mtf) crossdresser, “Defining a New Normal” delves into crossdressing and relationships and “Discovering Your True Identity” looks at the individual crossdressing journey.
