Michelle has been CMO at Kendra Scott for about three years. She has overseen explosive growth in sales, new customers, and in her organization’s growth. Before Kendra Scott, Michelle spent 16 years in a variety of roles at General Mills, and then worked at LifeSpa, Intercontinental Hotels, and Pressed, the cold-pressed juice and plant-based treats company, where she was CMO.
