Jazirian and Asmodeus and creating Creation Deities

In this episode we talk about Jazirian the god of the Couatls and Asmodeus the ruler of the Nine Hells, and the myth of them creating the Forgotten Realms. We proceed to adding to the creation deity ideas we began forming in the last episode.
