DIDDY RUSHED TO HOSPITAL: DANGLED MODEL OFF 17TH FLOOR BALCONY?

DIDDY RUSHED TO HOSPITAL: DANGLED MODEL OFF 17TH FLOOR BALCONY?

Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly rushed to the hospital hours after prosecutors filed a superseding indictment in his federal racketeering case.

The disgraced rap mogul is now accused of criminal activity spanning two decades and of sex trafficking two additional victims in addition to ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. Alongside the amended indictment, more alleged victims have come forward in lawsuits, claiming sexual assault at the hands of Combs.

Combs was transported from the Metropolitan Detention Center to Brooklyn Hospital Center under the cover of darkness to avoid whispers and speculation from other inmates and prison staff. He underwent an MRI but did not require an overnight stay and was returned to prison a few hours later.

The MRI was reportedly authorized because Combs has been complaining about an old knee injury. Diddy has faced knee problems for decades after running the 2003 New York Marathon. He injured his knee during the six weeks he trained for the marathon. Combs, accompanied by undercover officers, participated in the race as part of his fundraiser, “Diddy Runs the City,” which ultimately garnered $2 million for New York public schools and children suffering from HIV and AIDS. He finished in four hours and 15 minutes, achieving his goal of beating Oprah Winfrey, who previously completed the Marine Corps Marathon in four and a half hours.

Ahead of his May trial, federal prosecutors have amended the indictment against Sean Diddy Combs. He still faces charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution, but two more women have been added to the last charge, referred to as Victims 2 and 3 throughout the document. According to the new filing, Combs “used force, threats of force, and coercion to cause victims, including but not limited to three female victims, to engage in commercial sex acts.”

The superseding indictment is very similar to the original filed in September, but in addition to accusing Combs of trafficking more women, it also extends the time frame of his alleged racketeering conspiracy. Prosecutors initially accused the mogul of using ‘Combs Enterprises’ as a 'criminal organization' responsible for kidnapping and drug-related crimes as far back as 2008, but they now allege the illegal activity began four years earlier, indicating that Combs’ pattern of abuse has continued uninterrupted for two decades.

The amended indictment expands the list of drugs that Combs and his associates are accused of distributing, which initially included cocaine, ketamine, and oxycodone. Methamphetamine and magic mushrooms have now been added to the list of substances. Combs is accused of encouraging women to engage in sex by plying them with substances, including ketamine and ecstasy, often without their knowledge or consent. Prosecutors also allege that he offered women money and promises to help advance their careers if they participated in his "Freak Offs."

The superseding indictment includes allegations from fashion designer Bryana Bongolan, who claims that Diddy dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony. This is listed as just one example of how Combs allegedly used force to combat threats to his reputation. Just months after beating Cassie Ventura at the Intercontinental Hotel, Bongolan claims that an intoxicated Combs let himself into Ventura’s apartment looking for his girlfriend but only found Bongolan, who had spent the night there. Enraged, Diddy allegedly grabbed Bongolan by the armpits, dangled her off the edge of the balcony, and threatened to drop her until Ventura happened to arrive home and intervene.

Combs has once again vehemently denied all of the allegations in the revised indictment.

BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

BOMBSHELL: EPSTEIN FILES TO BE RELEASED, JUSTICE OR SMOKESCREEN?

The House Oversight Committee releases more than 20,000 documents subpoenaed fromEpstein’s estate, on the heels of a smaller release of emails implying President Trump knewabout Epstein’s abuse. The documents include thousands of emails with high-profile contacts, financial and property records, excerpts from James Patterson’s Filthy Rich, and records of Epstein’s ‘fixers’ desperate attempts to improve his public image. Republican congressman Thomas Massie implies Donald Trump's ordering of a fresh investigation is making a “last-ditch effort” to keep the files on the late sex offender from becoming public. President Trump’s ‘Ghislaine Maxwell problem’ is just as serious as his ‘Epstein problem.’Maxwell’s transfer to ‘Club Fed’ just days after assuring Deputy Attorney General BlancheTrump did not participate in the abuse; it appears to be quite the ‘quid pro quo.’ In addition to the low-security facility’s general privileges, Maxwell is reportedly demanding VIP treatment that has the warden complaining she’s “tired of being Maxwell’s bitch.” Maxwell reportedly receives custom meals in her cell and enjoys private exercise time and accessto service puppies. Warden Tanisha Hall has been ordered to make all requestedaccommodations for Maxwell, including carrying out secretarial duties on her behalf, providingsnacks for her private meetings with guests, letting her visitors bring in computers, andpunishing staff members who refuse to cooperate. And Attorney Alan Dershowitz joins Nancy to discuss the latest developments in the Epstein Files and share his unique insight into the case. The emeritus Harvard Law professor was accused of having sex with “Jane Doe #3”—identified in court documents as Epstein victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Dershowitz long maintained his innocence, and in 2022 Giuffre withdrew those accusations and admitted she may have misidentified Dershowitz. He tells Nancy why he wants "everything out there" in the Epstein case. MELODEE, 9, MISSING, MOMMY: 'NO COMMENT,' WALKS FREE WITH ANKLE MONITOR

MELODEE, 9, MISSING, MOMMY: 'NO COMMENT,' WALKS FREE WITH ANKLE MONITOR

When Melodee Buzzard is first reported missing, school officials fear the little girl hasn’t been seen in more than a year. The school district discovers Melodee was seen much more recently, enrolling in another year of homeschooling.Santa Barbara County sheriffs then find that her mom, Ashlee Buzzard, left Lompoc with Melodee on October 7; they were spotted together at a car rental. Security footage caught Melodee for the last time on October 9. Buzzard returns home the next day, alone. Melodee has now been missing for 35 days. The only photo authorities have of Melodee is more than two years out of date, as the little girl is “homeschooled” in Vandenberg Village, just north of Lompoc, California. Ashley Buzzard was arrested on Nov 7 for false imprisonment, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office. Ashley's arrest was for false imprisonment. This is not a child-related charge. So, this arrest is not related to Melodee. And it's not related to the ongoing missing person case directly. But, it is a case that came up amid this missing person case. Four days after her arrest, Ashlee Buzzard entered a not guilty plea to false imprisonment. Prosecutors argue that Buzzard should remain incarcerated due to her flight risk and potential for violence. However, her attorneys counter that she does not own a vehicle and did not specifically threaten Brewer with a box cutter. The judge agrees to grant Buzzard bail under close supervision and orders Buzzard to stay away from Brewer. The 40-year-old is once again walking free.
