Chris Gannon - The Evolution of the Revolution 36

Chris Gannon was brought to his activism by the systematic abuse of children and families known as Family Law. The way that the State destroys families and uses them against each other to raise revenue is one of the best examples of the evil of government. This practice impacts millions of men, women, and children across the country and must be challenged.

1. The Maryland Libertarian Party condemns inappropriate governmental interference in parental custody including but not limited to incentivizing unreasonable child support orders via Title IV-D funding and parental alienation without due process.

2. Libertarians stand with wrongfully alienated parents advocating for their inalienable right to equal shared parenting.
