Integrating EMDR & IFS with Dr. Kendhal Hart

This episode covers a lot of ground with Dr Kendhal Hart at the helm.

Kendhal is a therapist specalizing in EMDR and IFS therapies. She's developed a unique way to integrate these two approahces creating an effective stradegy offering the best of both worlds. Kendhal provides EMRD and IFS training and resources to other therapists around the country.

We get into what is actually happening with EMDR work (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and how IFS ( Internal Family Systems) creates a web of understanding towards the multiple selves we can sense inside of us.
