22- Creating Stronger Relationships: Embracing the Winner's Triangle

In episode 21 of the Anger Secrets podcast, you learned about the Drama Triangle.

The Drama Triangle describes the three roles people often take in toxic relationships. These roles are the Persecutor, the Victim or the Rescuer.

In this episode, you will learn about a powerful antidote to the Drama Triangle. This is the Winner's Triangle. The Winner's Triangle was developed by psychologist Acey Choy and is a simple framework for creating positive relationships.
