Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, Letterbox, The Battle of Polytopia, and More!

Welcome back to the Pure Nintendo Podcast! This week's amiibo update is brought to you by the sultry tunes of K.K. Slider. This leads us nicely into a discussion on Animal Crossing events, along with other interesting tidbits.

Roger and Jemma touch on the recent release of Bayonetta 3. Have we played it? How well has it been selling after the recent voicing controversy?

We also chat about how the eShop works across regions. Jemma discovered an interesting anomaly with one particular game, which is much more expensive in her homeland of Australia than in the US. We also tackle the question: Are trading games actually worth it?

Next, we discuss the games we've been playing this week. Roger has been diligently trying to achieve an impressive 100% completion rate in Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. Meanwhile, Jemma has been playing a few interesting titles, including Letterbox by POWGI and The Battle of Polytopia.

Finally, we chat about the history of those cute Pikmin characters and how to play the original games in 2022. This is because Nintendo recently celebrated the 21st birthday of the series. How time flies!
