ABBIE WOOD: Reflecting On The Last 12 Months

This week on the Propulsion Swimming Podcast we welcome back one of our first ever guests onto the show, Abbie Wood.

Since we last spoke to Abbie 12 months ago during the 2020 edition of ISL, she has gone on to represent Team GB in multiple events and finals at the Olympic Games and is currently leading the NY Breakers in both the MVP rankings and as team captain!

We talk with Abbie about the journey she has been on over the past year, looking at her meteoric rise to the top, how she built confidence leading up to the Olympics, including help from Jazz Carlin, and how this year's ISL is helping her move on from her 4th place finish in the 200m IM Olympic final!
