On this week's episode of the Propulsion Swimming Podcast, we speak to Swansea HPC's Adam Baker.

Swim coach to World Championship selected Dan Jervis and Medi Harris, Adam Baker has an amazing resume in the sport. He's coached swimmers to be selected for and win medals at the last two European Youth Olympic Festivals (1 gold, 2 silvers and 3 bronze) along with the sending swimmers to the last four European Junior Championships (1 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze).

Now the Director of Swimming at Swansea High Performance Centre, we talk with Adam about how closely the Swim Wales team work together, as well as specific challenges he tackles within his squad's training program! He also discusses his selection as one of the British Swimming coaches for the World Championships 2022 in Budapest.
