Welcome to "That One Piece Talk," the podcast where we discuss, review, and debate the latest One Piece chapters. For the special occasion, Larry has gathered some of his favorite content creators to collectively vote on who should be ranked between 0 and 100 on an ALL-TIME tier list for the One Piece verse. It works because one person decides who should be in the top 30. Once that happens, they decide if the character is a certain number. Then everyone else gives their number. Larry divides the total number by the number of contestants. Once that happens, we put the average number down and that character in the voted slot. It's very different from most top-tier lists and was fun.
