Steve Ruffley transitioned from a highly competitive trading floor environment to trading professionally as a retail trader. After leaving university early, he took a finance job and then moved to Gibraltar, where he met traders running a new trading floor. Intrigued, he joined their intense graduate program, enduring six weeks of brutal tests where failure meant dismissal.
