Cindy’s business background includes an early career with Morgan Stanley and Apple and executive positions building start-up companies into profitable, high-growth businesses. Over the past 15 years, Cindy’s work has primarily been with emerging growth and mid-market CEOs, business owners and executives from diverse industries. She understands the focus, perspective, courage, integrity, and resilience it takes to be a successful CEO, while also knowing the demands and dilemmas leaders must navigate to fully engage in work, family and community.

As a Vistage Chair, Cindy sets the stage for CEOs to work together and get to the heart of what is needed to take their businesses, leadership, and lives to the next level. Her group members are committed to one another's success and known for challenging each other to test assumptions, see new perspectives, make tough decisions, and take bold action.

When she’s not working, Cindy loves to be with her family and friends enjoying mountain living, skiing, hiking, biking, and engaged conversation. She serves on the Board of the Wood River Community YMCA.
