About today’s guest: Amie Ward is a Baltimore-based bartender, ACE Certified Health Coach, FMT Mobility Specialist, and holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland College Park. She founded The Healthtender in 2017 and also serves as Executive Director of Safe Bars, Online Program Director for HEARD, and President of the Baltimore Bartenders' Guild. Amie has been outspoken on health, equity, and safety in the hospitality industry, and provides training, education, and unrestricted access to wellness resources through these organizations.
