S1 Ep45: Debate: this house believes doctors tackling COVID-19 be immune from negligence liability claims: (For) (Against)

In this episode, following on from their topical debate at the Anaesthesia 2021 event in May 2021, Dr Claire Mallinson interviews Dr Michael Devlin and Dr Craig Purshouse (since the time of recording, Dr Purshouse is now a Senior Lecturer in Law at Liverpool University) about their views on doctors tackling COVID-19 being immune from negligence liability claims looking at arguments for and against. This conversation looks at both sides of the debate and from different perspectives, including the consideration of other factors.
Recorded on the 20 May 2021.
