Morgan Geyser, 23, was approached by police at a truck stop in Posen, Illinois Sunday night as she slept on the sidewalk with a friend. Video from an officer's body-worn camera shows Geyser's reluctance to give her name. Geyser is accused of cutting off her GPS ankle bracelet and running away from a group home in Madison, Wisconsin.
