In this episode of The Black Lotus Podcast, Josiah sits down with Davonte Douglas, a Howard University graduate who majored in Environmental Science with a minor in Political Science from Preston, Maryland. During the first hour of the podcast, they discuss Davonte’s upbringing in the Eastern Shore of Maryland the deep history of racism that surrounded him growing up, and the lessons this taught him about America. In the second half of the podcast, they talked about the impact of Howard on Davonte’s life, as well as who has shaped Davonte into the person that he is today.
