This year, the spotlight shines on three southwestern states, with educational events and dedicated tastings taking place in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio in Texas as well as Phoenix, Arizona; and Denver, Colorado throughout February 2025. He is currently overseeing wine programs with MML Hospitality, which operates in Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, and California.
