Judge Lays the Smack Down on Trump over War Powers

The only thing standing between the Trump Administration’s open defiance and our constitutional Republic and rule of law is Chief Judge of the DC District Court, Jeb Boasberg, who dressed down Trump DOJ lawyers who tried to argue that they did not have to comply with his oral rulings and that the Chief Judge was not qualified to obtain classified information and had no jurisdiction to stop Trump’s use of his presidential powers to deport people without a hearing to a brutal supermax prison in El Salvador.
