He opens up about his troubled teenage years—getting into trouble, bouncing in and out of rehab centers, and being prescribed nearly every medication under the sun. It was a chaotic time that could have easily sent him down the wrong path permanently. We talk about the turning point—when everything changed and how he took control of his life, channeling that restless energy into becoming one of the most dominant endurance athletes in the world.
