Following the sudden passing of Gianni Masciarelli, 18-year-old Miriam Lee replaced her father as the winery administrator and, while studying in Rome, started working as a junior brand manager. After graduating in Economics and Management at Luiss University of Rome, Miriam first worked in New York for a wine importer company and, then, for a PR and communication agency specialized in wine & beverage: these experiences added to those Miriam had gained on the field, working in a few restaurants during her high school years. He graduated from the Institute of Technology at Pordenone with a degree in architecture. He had a brief stint as a civil engineer before deciding to drop everything to marry the love of his life after a two-year courtship. In early 1997, he returned to his family roots and reached out to Mionetto for employment prior to leaving for the U.S. With a stroke of luck, the Director of U.S. Exports position had been vacated and Enore was promptly introduced to the entire Mionetto family, leading him to immediately accept an offer.
