You are closer to being homeless than you think w/ Jack Gascoigne

For the last five years’ core homelessness has been rising year on year in England, reaching a peak just before the pandemic when the number of homeless households jumped from 207,600 to 227,000. Why is this and how can we address it?

Billy chip is an alternative currency for the homeless which allows the public to directly donate to rough sleepers without the fear of their donation being miss used for drugs or alcohol.

In this episode, I sit down with Jack Gascoigne, communications director at Billy Chip to find out more about their journey and find into the homeless epidemic
