It was supposed to be a tough-talking message from Homeland Security Chief, Kristi Noem, from inside El Salvador’s most notorious mega-prison. However, it's the $50,000 Rolex on her wrist that ended up in the headlines. And imagine your wedding is just a few weeks away, and you end up being rushed to the hospital with a broken nose and other injuries. It happened to this bride-to-be who was enjoying her bachelorette weekend festivities until a stranger came up and sucker punched her right in the face. She'll be ok, but as she tells Jim Moret, she's worried she won't heal before her big day. Plus, she was one of the first Latin singers to cross over into the mainstream music scene, then the world was shocked when Selena was shot and killed by the manager of her fan club when she was just 23. This week her murderer was up for parole, but it was denied - which is good news to Selena’s still heartbroken family. And the woman dubbed an evil stepmother accused of locking her stepson in a small storage space for twenty years was back in court today. For the first time we are learning how her stepson is feeling, as Steven Fabian reports, as he recovers from the alleged abuse he's questioning why his stepmother is not behind bars. The stepmother pled not guilty. To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. America is feeling Mother Nature's wrath - with 56 tornadoes touching down across ten states leaving a wake of destruction. And it wasn't just twisters, the South and Midwest also saw dust storms, wildfires, as well as blizzard conditions. And while President Trump was speaking with a scrum of reporters, one of them bonked him in the face with her microphone. The two had signed the wills back in 2005, twenty years before they were found dead in their Santa Fe home. Since Hackman's wife is dead, it’s unclear who will get the money. Hackman does have three children from a previous marriage. And it was the moment America was waiting to see a Space X rocket docking with the space station, to bring the two stranded astronauts home. They've now been up there for nine months and eight days, but if they are losing their minds and feeling stranded, they are not showing it! They've been arch enemies for years and clearly still are. Former talk show host Rosie O’Donnell just moved to Ireland, she says, because she's unhappy President Trump is back in the Oval Office. As for Trump, he's not mincing words himself, telling Rosie - good riddance.  And we're right in the middle of the busy spring break travel period with one in three Americans going on vacation. Now comes a serious warning...if you're stuck on a long flight and don't get up, you could end up with blood clots. It happened to a passenger who almost lost her life midair. Plus, speaking of spring break, it's been nearly a week since a college student went missing in the Dominican Republic. The story of a student vanishing in the Caribbean is reminding many of Natalee Holloway - the teen who disappeared on a beach in Aruba twenty years ago. Her body was never found. And he's a real-life ghost buster who hosts one of the most popular paranormal shows on TV, but there's nothing supernatural about what's happening offscreen.
