Episode 55: John Keith Bemis: Suicide or homicide?

On August 7, 2012, Sue and Tony Bemis learned that their beloved son Keith had committed suicide because he couldn’t handle the pressures of his job. Keith’s parents and 4 siblings were in shock. They didn’t believe this was possible. Keith had no issues with mental health, he wasn’t depressed and had never shown any indication of wanting to harm himself.

Sue and Toni began looking into the circumstances. They were told that Keith had put on his motorcycle head and shot himself to death. But they became even more concerned when they saw photos of the death scene.

Someone had desecrated Keith's body and residence. Homosexual slurs were written on Keith's body and all over his walls. Whoever did this apparently wanted to send a message. Also, Keith wasn't gay. Within a few hours, the Navy ruled Keith's death a suicide. His parents said the Navy made the ruling without ever checking Keith's fingers for gunpowder residue.

Keith’s parents have spoken to people who knew Keith. They have been told by reliable sources that someone murdered him. They have also discussed Keith’s case with medical experts who also believe someone murdered Keith.. Tony believes more than one person may have been involved in killing his son.

Unfortunately, Sue and Tony have had no luck getting anyone to listen to them. For the past 8 years they have tried everything to get keith’s death changed from a suicide to a homicide. This has become their mission in life. Be sure to visit the following articles for more details about this case:
