A Micro & Co - Feat. Victor Ibarra & Efren Gutierrez

Victor Ibarra started losing his hair at the age of 19 and with it, his self-esteem. Having tried many different hair products, remedies, and hair styles to cover up his receding hairline with no success. Since then, Victor was able to progress in his career in the barbering industry and through continuing education on advanced barber methods he learned about this innovative hair loss solution, Scalp Micro-pigmentation. Scalp Micro-pigmentation gave Victor the opportunity to embrace his hair loss with style and to be able to give others who suffer from hair loss the opportunity to do the same. Victor currently works in his main office in North Carolina with additional locations in California and Washington DC where he works alongside a trichologist and a hair transplant surgeon. He offers trainings and educational seminars globally. “My team is highly experienced and dedicated in helping clients deal with hair loss, as well as in educating others to do the same.”

Efren, a licensed Master Barber since 2015, and a Master Scalp Micropigmentation Artist at Evolution 360. Efren has received immersive training from renown Master artists globally.

Efren has kicked off the many successful careers of over 100 Scalp Micropigmentation artists, educating with the techniques he himself has acquired through vigorous hours of intense training. Starting his own hair evolution journey in 2017, Efren has build an emotional bond with his own clients, understanding the affliction in a clients moral due to their sense of declination of hair loss.

Together Victor and Efren formed Micro & Co Academy, with a solid training curriculum covering basic to advanced techniques such as: Proper hairline design, Blending techniques, Pigment/color mixing, Sanitation and sterilization, Proper station set up, Skin color matching analysis, Detailed Needle specification.
