We break it up into two segments. First we discuss he preparation routines and his pre-race mentality. Then he color commentates 6 video clips that were filmed of him DURING the race at his rests (Aid Stations). And walks us through, in detail, the elements of his physical, mental and tactical preparation, how he dealt with the demons, the lessons he learned from it, how he will apply those moving forward (next race is 200 miles around Lake Tahoe - one that defeated him last time!) and how all of this applies to the rest of us mortals. This is gold, Folks!
